CReME™Required Movements for Invoicing

Introduction

On Jan 5th, 2023 a discussion was held to determine the required movements for invoicing.

CReME™ simplifies the invoicing process by selecting units that are ready to be invoiced. These units will appear as "pending invoicing". Units that are not ready to be invoiced will not appear as "pending invoicing". The criteria to differentiate between pending and not pending is the purpose of this document.

Required Movements

The table below presents the required movements for units pending invoicing.

Export	MDB	VTC Handling	GI is required to input Yard/Gudang D. GI can be performed using the BulkGateIn feature in CReME™ Office		A unit will be invoiced after GI and LD is completed.

	non-MDB	VTC Handling	Individual GI using CReME™roro	A unit will be invoiced after GI and GO is completed.

Import	MDB	VTC Handling	GI is required
	MDB	Storage	GI is required

Export & Import	MDB & non-MDB	Roro	Individual GI using CReME™roro			SO units will not be invoiced
