CReME™ has been developed to be a flexible Customer Relationship Management Engine using the concepts of Channels and Regions. The purpose of this document is to guide the user how these powerful concepts can be used to enhance the management of their club(s).
ChannelsLet's assume a particular club would like to create two price lists. The first is the complete price list which will be used at the front desk of the club. This will be used by front desk staff to sell Package s to walk-in customers. The second price list is a shorter version so visitors to the website will find it easier to make a choice. This section explains how to do this.
After the user has completed the steps of Manage Package and Assemble Package, the choice of Channel is made in the "Publish Package" page. Clicking on "Channel" reveals the choice of available Channels. By selecting a particular Channel and saving, the table below will display the added item and under which Channel it will appear.
Regions provide a useful way to group clubs based on geographical territory. A single Region may contain any number from one to an unlimited number of clubs. It is possible for a single club to participate in more than one region.
